Meet Tracy Owen Cullimore: "Artsy Tracy"
Tracy Owen Cullimore, known as “Artsy Tracy,” is celebrated for her exquisite figurative work, specializing in alla prima portraiture of people and animals. With hundreds of paintings to her credit, she welcomes commissions and skillfully works in both oil and water media. Tracy is a Signature member of the prestigious Florida Watercolor Society, an organization recognizing excellence in watercolor.
Tracy has garnered numerous awards at both local and state levels, including special recognitions, grants, and Best of Show—an honor surpassing first place. A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts, emphasizing Art History and Business Economics, she further honed her skills through extensive post-college training in Fine Art, Advertising, and Graphic Design.

Abstract Realism and Community Involvement
Tracy's distinct style stems from years of dedicated practice in life drawing and painting, enriched by masters workshops under acclaimed artists like Carolyn Anderson, Quong Ho, Patti Mollica, CW Mundy, and Vladislav Yeliseyev. Actively involved in the Florida Watercolor Society, The American Impressionist Society, and the National Oil and Acrylic Painters Society, Tracy generously gives back to her Lee County community through various arts organizations.
